It is great to live in an apartment where the owners actually put quality finishes. Additionally the amenities (Peloton Gym & Rooftop Deck) are those that I would actually use, so I don’t feel like I’m paying extra for things that may sound good but never use.

I’ve never lived in a building where the property management staff is so responsive. When submitting a maintenance request I will get a response within the hour to schedule the repair…..other buildings I have lived I’d be lucky to even here back after the first request.
