This complex [Trafton Vue42] is absolutely beautiful! The leasing process was very easy and both Chad and Ellie have been incredibly helpful. My husband and I are very excited to find a place where restaurants and coffee shops are incredibly close.

Completely professional company that truly cares about their tenants. Quick response time, rarely raises rent renewals unless necessary (so you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you and the rising rent costs). This promotes people staying in one spot longer and they like the model of recommending/passing down leases to ensure a respectable, quiet community of neighbors. I am so thankful to be renting from them and living next to the respectable community of neighbors they have ensured to keep!
