I love having a neighborhood feel, but walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also like that I feel safe in the building and walking in the north end location.

I love how large my kitchen is and the layout of the unit in general. The owners who seem to also be the property management company really did a nice job of optimizing the space. I feel you get a lot for your money here!

Property Management Staff

I can’t say enough about how much the property management staff cares about their tenants and the property. The team is super responsive and gets right back to you on any concern. Any maintenance issue I have had gets fixed within 24 hours. I have had to work with several property management companies and by far Encompass is the best.
